Part one is on Thursday, January 16, from 12:00 to 1:30 PM (PST). It will cover the privately enforceable mortgage servicing regulations under RESPA and TILA. Click here for registration.

Who is the “HBOR Collaborative?”
They are offering free assistance to California attorneys in implementing the state’s new Homeowner Bill of Rights (HBOR).
